Request reason:

IP blocked. Please provide proper evidence as to why. 104.218.65.29 (talk) 14:34, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This IP address is not directly blocked. If you've been using a proxy or a VPN, disable it and wait a full 24 hours. If not, please exactly follow the instructions which appear when you attempt to edit. Yamla (talk) 14:49, 20 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Additionally, I have searched for blocks on my IP address and haven't found any listed (on Special:BlockList). What can I do to be able to edit?

Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Wikipedia talk:Teahouse, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Request reason:

What counts as a disruptive edit and why wasn't I previously warned about it before the block? 104.218.65.29 (talk) 16:56, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You were warned above. If you don't see how your edit to the Teahouse was disruptive, the block should not be removed. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 17:09, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I'd like to be able to edit and ask for help/test things out. I will use my page for "free editing" in the future. I can see how it would be disruptive, but I also would like to point out it is under the humor part of wikipedia and therefore should not be taken this seriously. I understand that it's more of where I used it, but I will not use it like that again.104.218.65.29 (talk) 17:22, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Confirmed sockpuppetry and block evasion. Block strengthened and extended to 6 months. Thanks, I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't been so difficult here. Yamla (talk) 21:36, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this IP address or network has been used (not necessarily by you) to disrupt Wikipedia. It has been blocked from editing to prevent further abuse.
Wikipedia tries to be open, but we sometimes must block IP addresses to prevent editing by abusers, vandals, or block evaders. These blocks can affect users who have done nothing wrong. If you are a legitimate user, follow the instructions below to edit despite the block. Users who are the intended target of a range block may still appeal the block.

IP users (without an account): If you do not have an account and wish to bypass this block, an account can be created to allow you to edit. In general, these blocks only prevent users who are not logged in from editing; once you are logged in, the block will no longer affect you in any way. Please request an account under your preferred username. It is important that you use an e-mail address issued to you by your ISP, school, or organisation, so we may verify that you are a legitimate user. If using the form, please refer to this block under "comments". If e-mailing, please refer to this block in your message.

Registered users (with an account): Please make sure you are logged in to your account. If you are unable to edit while logged in you may request IP block exemption to bypass blocks unconnected with you that affect your editing. Post an unblock request to your user talk page.

Administrators: CheckUsers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting a CheckUser or the Arbitration Committee.

@Yamla: Please explain your reasoning and provide any evidence you have. I want to appeal this block but I can't without proper accusations. You have made ridiculous assumptions and now you're going to pay for them. 104.218.65.29 (talk) 02:07, 3 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

WP:CHECKUSER. You are free to contest the block and another person with access to the technical data will be happy to review. They, too, will see the numerous abusive accounts involved here. Privacy requirements prohibit me from saying more. --Yamla (talk) 10:28, 3 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm BlueNoise. An edit that you recently made to Greeks in pre-Roman Gaul seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! BlueNoise (talk) 02:42, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
