Dr. Henry Strauss is a fictional character in the graphic novel of NBC's Heroes. He is first (and last, as of September 27 2008) mentioned in the graphic novel "Wireless Part 3".[1] The character is a evil scientist who has discovered a way to alter bacterial-DNA, causing harmless microbes in the stomach to become deadly for the human body. The microbes are rendered ineffective when treated antibiotics, but because most of the world has no access to antibiotics, it is considered a threat by the The Company.[2]
