Cranium Entertainment is a film production company based in Los Angeles and New York City and created in 2003 by Ash Christian.

History

In 2005-6, Cranium Entertainment produced its first feature film, Fat Girls.[1] Cranium Entertainment co-produced Nate & Margaret in 2012, Hurricane Bianca in 2016, Social Animals and 1985 in 2018, Burn in 2019, and Chick Fight.[2][3][4] In 2016, Cranium produced the movie F*cking People featuring Josh Radnor, Aya Cash and Fortune Feimster.[5]

In August 2020, the founder and CEO of Cranium Entertainment Ash Christian died at the age of 35.[2][3][4]

Description

Cranium Entertainment is a Los Angeles-based film production company that "develop and produce interesting and thought-provoking feature films for both specialized and mainstream audiences". The company was founded by Ash Christian. Kimberly Montini has been the head of development of the company since 2006.[1]
