Urban Lea is a trance / techno / house music project created by producer Daniel Lea. At 22 Danny has had several releases on labels Simply Recordings, Solar Core Records, Emotive Sounds, Real Muzik Recordings and Inspired Records. Urban Lea's style ranges from uplifting trance to pumping tech-trance and techno. Based in St Helens, Merseyside, Uk.

Danny has been producing since the age of 16 with his first release out at the age of 17. After achieving a degree in Audio Engineering, Danny has improved his productions to recieve plays off top djs such as Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto and has recieved radio plays from Dave Pearce on the Uk national radio station - Radio 1. Other djs playing Urban Lea's music are Graham Gold, Big Al, Nikki Elise, Henrik Hernao, Ian Betts, Les Hemstock, Jurgen Vries (Darren Tate), Warp Brothers and Stu Allen to name a few.

Urban Lea has some big releases due out this summer and some more releases out by christmas. Urban Lea was also in the music magazine Mix Mag with his release Crystal Dimensions / Firefly early last year which recieved a solid review. Danny is also owner of the uk trance record label Solar Core Records (www.solarcorerecords.com) with some big releases planned for late 2007.
