Suchith Abeyewickreme was born in 1982 Bangkok to Sri Lankan parents is a youth aspiring to be a Social Entrepreneur. Suchith completed his primary and secondry education at Ananda College, Colombo and since then has been a active youth leader in Sri Lanka.

In 2002 Suchith joined AIESEC ( www.aiesec.org)in Sri Lanka, and currently works fulltime as the Country Coach for AIESEC in Thailand. He also sits on AIESEC's International Ethics Subcommittee.

His previous leadership roles in AIESEC include,

President, AIESEC in Sri Lanka (2006/2007) Chair,Asia Pacific Growth Network (2006/2007) Director Exchange, AIESEC in Sri Lanka (2005/2006) President,AIESEC in University of Moratuwa (2004/2005) Human Resources Manager,AIESEC in University of Moratuwa (2003/2004)

He has also been part of Global Virtual teams in AIESEC, The AIESEC.net ( 2002/2003) Help Team and Global Suxess Network Drive Team (2002/2003).

Suchith has represented Sri Lanka at AIESEC's International Presidents Meeting 2006 in The Netherlands, International Congress 2006 in Poland and Internationa Presidents Meeting 2007 in Egypt. In addition he's also been participated in several other International Conferneces of Global Knowledge Partnership, Democratic Youth Leadership Programme and Beyond Borders.
