Stacy McNeiland

Stacy McNeiland’s fields of expertise are as diverse as her talents. She is considered an authority when it comes to strategic planning and organizational management and management. She has proven herself worthy of this recognition as she helped the University of Central Oklahoma grow in terms of policy development and implementation. She has been employed in the university for more than ten years and in all those years that she has been in the institution; she has done many successful campaigns to bring the university closer to the community and its alumni.

She is also an excellent public relations person. She has helped organize many events for the alumni of the university. During her tenure in the Alumni Affairs office, she is able to get 1,500 alumni to sign into the association. The campaign that made this happen, called “Central Students Today, Alumni Forever” is one that Stacy McNeiland designed herself. This campaign has reached tremendous success and the 1,500 alumni she was able to gather is a record breaking number.

Speaking of record breaking numbers, Stacy McNeiland also made a record for the number of freshmen student enrollees. With her campaign, the new enrollee turnout went up to 52% which is 32% higher than the average of the past seven years. This was the result of another of Stacy McNeiland’s recruitment campaign. This campaign was very special because it was a sort of a caravan wherein volunteers went on a state wide recruitment program to get more students to enter the university.

Stacy McNeiland is also a very talented leader. Her leadership skills are well known around campus. As the Executive Director for Community Outreach and Special projects, she heads a team of fifty skilled and talented people. Each of the members of Stacy McNeiland’s team was screened and picked by Stacy McNeiland herself. She is also the one who conducted their training. Stacy McNeiland gets nothing but success in all her efforts, and she does not miss a bit in gathering a team with the same vision.
