January 2022

  1. Return to launch site: nominated at RfD; Target: Launch vehicle (notified); notified Widefox (talk · contribs) 18:52, 26 January 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: Per @Cubefox: on the history of the page:
"Redirect section does not exist, article does not contain information about return to launch site."
The redirect was removed and the article was blanked, but since redirects are cheap and this probably warrants a discussion (and it shouldn't be blanked), I'm bringing it to RFD.

March 2022

  1. Chris Beard (basketball): nominated at RM; New name: Chris Beard 02:42, 9 March 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: Overwhelming primary topic by page views. The basketball coach got 28,159 views in the past 30 days; the DAB page got 168, the singer got 137, and the executive got 139.

May 2022

  1. Category:Rajput Princesses: nominated at CfD (CfR); renaming to Category:Rajput princesses; notified Manavati (talk · contribs) 09:54, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: Should fit under C2C and C25? I don't actually know this process at all, but the person who made it mistitled it, put in a malformed request, and since then the only person to edit has been me.
  2. Marcus Brosch: nominated at AfD; notified Hangy (talk · contribs) 04:03, 14 May 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: The only sources are primary sources, and a search doesn't pull up much for him online. I don't see notability here personally.
There may be a copyright violation here as well, but I can't figure out based on the dates (this article dates back to feb. 2007, and the first version includes the offending text; the archive of the source page (his about page) is only from 2015, but the main page of his website dates back to sept. 2007 with an archive from then. I'm not sure exactly how to clean this up, but I planned on bringing it to AfD either way. (Earwig)

May 2023

  1. J.J. Cummings: nominated at RfD; Target: Jim Cummings (notified); notified Techoliver298 (talk · contribs) 03:00, 3 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Potentially ambiguous with John Cummings (piper), whose middle name also starts with a J. I'm also seeing no evidence that James has ever gone by "JJ" or "J.J.", and there are people who have gone by "J.J. Cummings", albeit without Wikipedia articles (the entire first page of google results searching "JJ Cummings" in quotations appears to be different people). These two redirects just feel too ambiguous for me to not bring them to RFD.
  2. SUNY Empire State University: nominated at RM; New name: Empire State University 01:11, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: I do not believe the current title is a commonly-used name for this university. There was a recent name change when the university transitioned from college status to university status, but I am pretty confident that, at the very least, Empire State University without the "SUNY" in front is more commonly used, along with appearing to be the form the university itself uses. Other possible titles include the former name of "Empire State College", "SUNY Empire", and "SUNY Empire State College". The lead in both google hits and google news hits appears to go to the title I've proposed the move to, however, in "Empire State University".
  3. Durant Durant: nominated at RfD; Target: Duran Duran (notified); notified Techoliver298 (talk · contribs) 01:22, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Implausible typo/incorrect name; it takes at least several pages of google results to get a response for the target, as the first few pages bring up nothing, both in and out of quotation marks. Brought up the concern at the creator's talk page a week ago, with no response.
  4. Kevin Duran: nominated at RfD; Target: Kevin Durant (notified); notified Techoliver298 (talk · contribs) 01:31, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Declined R3, but I believe this is still an implausible typo, and has potential to create confusion considering there are people with the name Kevin Duran (albeit, none of whom currently have a Wikipedia article). Concern brought up on creator's talk page a week ago with no response. I will note there is at least one AMNY article that does have this typo in the title, but I don't think that's enough to support this being a plausible typo.
  5. University at Albany, SUNY: nominated at RM; New name: University at Albany 00:13, 19 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: The brand identity of Albany states the only acceptable forms are "University at Albany" and "UAlbany". Obviously, this isn't the end-all-be-all, but "SUNY Albany" and "University of Albany" are explicitly called out in the "never use these" section (though not our current title of University at Albany, SUNY). Still, "University at Albany" appears to more common than "University at Albany, SUNY", looking at Google Trends for the last 12 months (this holds up over 5 years as well).
A couple of previous discussions on the title for this page (the 2017 RM, the moves in 2008) have stated potential confusions with institutions like Albany State College and institutions in Albany, Western Australia, but the first few pages of google search results under "University at Albany" in quotation marks only show results for this university. The last move request was closed as no consensus with the note that there were more GHits on a generic google search for the SUNY version, which is certainly no longer the case, either with or without quotation marks, even accounting for the fact that University at Albany will include results for University of Albany, SUNY given the fact that it's a part of the string (with quotation marks, it's 3.4mil for University at Albany vs 1.1mil for University at Albany, SUNY, which is over 3x as many).
  6. Template:R fictional work: nominated at TfD; notified P64 (talk · contribs) 10:05, 20 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Template appears to have a very limited use-case, if one at all, that's not worth cluttering up the list of numerous redirect category templates. As-is, the majority of redirects using this template are mistagged {{R from fictional character}}s or {{R from alternative name}}s that may not necessarily be mistagged, but that don't need this template either. To me, it seems like the main use-case of this template is to sort redirects into further categories (such as Category:Narnia redirects), but this can be accomplished manually on articles not covered by templates like R from fictional character (which also has a field that can populate that category). (See further discussion at Template talk:R fictional work#Category weirdness.)
  7. Juan de Valladolid: nominated at AfD; notified Zappaz (talk · contribs) 07:08, 25 May 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Procedural nom: article has been draftified twice in the past two days (both reverted by me due to the article being 18.5 years old, well past the time stated in WP:DRAFTIFY 2d), which to me is a sign this should get looked at at AFD. I would propose draftification as such; an article of any age can get draftified at AFD if consensus calls for it.

June 2023

  1. Project Colored Mountains (video game): nominated at AfD; notified Cjamsla511 (talk · contribs) 02:41, 1 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Not finding anything other than basic listings that do not contribute to notability. None of the four sources in the article contribute to notability. Pretty clear case of when to draftify, but that's been done and the creator immediately moved it back to mainspace, so another unilateral draftify would be a poor idea. (The creator has a declared COI.) I think the only option left is an AFD.
  2. P.M Bhaktha Valsalan: nominated at AfD; notified Writer Pianist (talk · contribs) 00:16, 2 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Has been draftified before, so unilateral draftification is no longer an option. All the sources listed are either Facebook, YouTube, or a lyrics site, so no reliable sources are in the article. The ELs seem to be mostly more YouTube for music videos or links to websites of organizations mentioned in the text.
There's a few Malayalam sources reporting his death, but that's about all I'm getting with a google search. There's a few search terms here – the Malayalam sources seem to be using "Pastor Bhakthavalsalan", and the abbreviated "Pr." instead of "P.M" appears to also be in use, but even with the alternate search terms I'm having no luck pulling up any sigcov outside of reports of his death.
  3. Category:Central University of Chile: nominated at CfDS (C2D); New name: Category:Universidad Central de Chile 21:33, 5 June 2023 (UTC)
  4. Category:Central University of Chile alumni: nominated at CfDS (C2D); New name: Category:Universidad Central de Chile alumni 21:34, 5 June 2023 (UTC)
  5. 2015 Cash for Vote Scam: nominated at RM; New name: 2015 cash-for-vote scam 20:33, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Capitalization and hyphenation used in the lede and sources; aligns with WP:NCCAPS. Also WP:CONSISTENT with Cash-for-votes scandal (which may need a move to add the year for disambiguation, but that's separate).
The "scam" part of the title may also need to be changed – feel free to suggest alternate titles for that.
  6. Monkey Bone (disambiguation): nominated at AfD; notified Horacenew (talk · contribs) 11:38, 15 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Unneeded disambiguation page; can be handled just using hatnotes. {{one other topic}} was added 4 months ago, and no entries have been added to the page since – the only thing that seems like a potential new entry would be the literal bone of a monkey, but Monkey doesn't go into the skeletal structures of monkeys, and I don't know where else on Wikipedia that information would be, so there's no article to link to. A previous entry of "a monkey's bone" was refactored into the lede in 2009, before being removed when the {{one other topic}} template was added.
  7. Mount Olive Cemetery: nominated at RM; New name: Mount Olive Cemetery (Chicago, Illinois) 12:54, 15 June 2023 (UTC)
  8. Rhea Seehorn-Larson: nominated at RfD; Target: Rhea Seehorn; notified Techoliver298 (talk · contribs) 08:42, 18 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Precedent set at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2023 May 17#Married name redirects with 0 hits. All of these are married name redirects with zero google hits once put into "quotation marks", or if they have google hits, they are circular hits, due to search engine errors, or referring to a different person entirely.
There are additional redirects, but due to various reasons, I have limited this nomination to just these redirects. I would recommend not bundling an additional redirect unless you can prove it has zero uses.
Bulk nom, combined with above

  31. Joseph Allen Schreibvogel-Maldonado: nominated at RfD; Target: Joe Exotic 08:47, 18 June 2023 (UTC)
  1. Jared Knabenbauer: nominated at RfD; Target: Game Shakers (notified); notified Paintspot (talk · contribs) 11:45, 19 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Doesn't seem like a particularly good target given he just guest-starred on this show and there are other mentions of him across Wikipedia, such as at Game Grumps. Deleting as ambiguous seems best, unless someone has a good idea for a target. (FYI, this was originally created as a redirect because ProJared was created per an AFC/RC request in September 2021, and that was later G7'd in March 2023. I thought about G8ing this redirect, but I doubt this falls under G8, and a full discussion seems better anyways.)
  2. Marrakesh Stadium: nominated at RM; New name: Stade de Marrakech 14:31, 28 June 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Article was moved undiscussed away from the long-term stable title of Stade de Marrakech about half a year ago. The current title of "Marrakesh Stadium" gets barely any results; at the very least, if English spelling is kept, the variation of "Marrakech Stadium" is quite a bit more popular. Still, uses of "Stade de Marrakech" and "Grand Stade de Marrakech" well outnumber English-language versions (of the sources currently in the article, 3 use Grand Stade or some variation, 1 uses Stade, and 1 uses "Marrakach" which is an even rarer transliteration that gets 3 total google hits; "Stade de Marrakech" also outnumbers "Marrakech Stadium" by several orders of magnitude on google hits, even subtracting hits for "Grand Stade de Marrakech").

July 2023

  1. 1900s (disambiguation): nominated at AfD; notified Dank (talk · contribs) 06:02, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Hatnotes are handling this fine; {{One other topic}} has been in place since March. No need to keep this DAB page.
  2. Crakow: nominated at RfD; Target: Poulaine (notified); notified Saintswithin (talk · contribs) 15:56, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Where should this target? Poulaine was just moved away from this title, and the hatnote at the top of it seems to be trying to imply that the city Krakow is the primary topic (or around the same level as the footwear). There's no Crakow (disambiguation), and I think hatnotes would handle this fine; I'm just not sure which article this should target.
  3. 1301 (disambiguation): nominated at AfD; notified M2545 (talk · contribs) 04:24, 6 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Violates WP:TWODAB in its current state. If a link to the SH year is needed, it's best done as a hatnote, but I feel like that sets up a precedent that should at least be handled via wider community discussion. (Some questions: If a hatnote is kept, should there be hatnotes on Julian/Gregorian year articles mentioning the equivalent year in other calendar systems? Which calendar systems? Should there be DAB pages for these? etc.)
  4. Heterophylly: nominated at RfD; Target: Shoot (botany) (notified); notified S Molteno (talk · contribs) 04:23, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: After closing the move at Shoot, I went to update the redirects, and stumbled across a couple that didn't make sense to me. I don't think Shoot (botany) is the best target for any of these; they may fall under WP:R#D10 as broad topics that need their own articles (especially Anisophylly, which is not mentioned at either target). At the very least, Heterophylly and Heterophyllous should be synced.
  5. Heterophyllous: nominated at RfD; Target: Heteroblasty (botany) (notified) 04:23, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
  6. Anisophylly: nominated at RfD; Target: Shoot (botany); notified Skysmith (talk · contribs) 04:23, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
  7. Gabbers: nominated at RfD; Target: Marco Gabbiadini (notified); notified Englishrose (talk · contribs) 11:04, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Appears to be a nickname for Marco Gabbiadini, but it's not mentioned in the article. Gabber is uncountable, but the subculture does seem to use "Gabbers" to refer to themselves, so it's probably the best target? Gabber (disambiguation) doesn't have any other countable targets, and I don't think the footballer would be what readers are searching for (he doesn't appear anywhere when searching "Gabbers" -wikipedia, or at least not until after the we have omitted some entries very similar message that pops up eventually).
  8. Lalbazgaray: nominated at AfD; notified Lalbazgaray (talk · contribs) 22:08, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: A redirect to this article was nominated at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2023 July 8#Shafiullah Orakzai, leading to me investigating it, and I'm thinking this is a hoax.
First off, when google searching -wiki and -wikipedia, the only results for "Shafiullah Orakzai" are social media, and the only results for "Lalbazgaray" is one OpenStreetMaps edit by a user of that name. Furthermore, the original page creator is Lalbazgaray (who was recently unblocked, and I'm not sure that was a good move, given this edit after being unblocked). There is a Lalbazgaray at the coordinates given on both Google Maps and OpenStreetMaps, but given the OpenStreetMap history is also suspicious, with Lalbazgaray being the most recent editor and the location being published by Shafiullah Orakzai, I'm not convinced the Google Maps town is trustworthy (you can submit things to be added to Google Maps). Google Maps is also the only citation in the article, and I'm not seeing any evidence this town actually exists per google search.
Admittedly, I'm not experienced in catching hoaxes, and I could have missed something here, but this is extremely suspicious to me. (There are reviews for the POIs on Google Maps in the town going back a year or so, which does make me hesitant.) I'm taking it to AFD as such. Skarmory (talk • contribs) 22:08, 10 July 2023 (UTC)
  9. Fanta Pineapple and Grapefruit: nominated at RfD; Target: Lilt (notified) 15:57, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: There was a clear RM discussion on this, which said to revert the recent page move and ideally put new information relating to this drink in Fanta, but that leaves the redirect in an awkward position. Should it target the previous brand of Lilt, which has the history of the drink up to it being acquired, or should it target Fanta, which is the brand which the drink is currently under and the article where future content will go (if any, which I find somewhat unlikely given the lack of coverage on flavors there)? (Side note: if retargeted to Fanta, it should target the section Fanta#International availability, as that currently holds the paragraph about the acquiring of Lilt.)

August 2023

  1. Feminine side: nominated at RfD; Target: Anima and animus 19:56, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Is this really a suitable target? Seems like too broad of a topic to redirect to Anima and animus, though I'm not seeing a better target right now (Femininity crossed my mind, but there's no mention of this specific phrasing). Maybe a WP:R#D10 case?
  2. 806.4616.0110: nominated at RfD; Target: Earth; notified Emijrp (talk · contribs) 09:56, 9 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Very unlikely search term for someone looking for Earth, not mentioned at the target (in fact, there's no mentions of it anywhere on Wikipedia). The creation edit summary was:
ID used to describe our planet in Carl Sagan Cosmos: A Personal Voyage, Encyclopaedia Galactica episode
If this is a redirect worth keeping, it should target one of those linked articles, not Earth, but I fail to see how this would be useful even then.
  3. DATAR (disambiguation): nominated at RM; New name: Datar 04:57, 10 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: No evidence that the battlefield information system is the primary topic for lowercase Datar versus the many people with the last name. Massviews has it as the 8th-most viewed page listed on the DAB (though a couple were just added). I believe the primary redirect is unwarranted and the DAB should be at the lowercase title (given the many people with the name).
  4. Number transformation: nominated at RfD; Target: Mathematics (notified); notified Inowen (talk · contribs) 03:43, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Target is far too broad, though I have no idea what this should be targeted to (it also may very well be another WP:R#D10 case). It may be an existing concept (I'm not good with google and lacking in math knowledge), but certainly not a well-known one, so a redirect is probably justified if there's content to support it... though the only existing article with the string Number transformation is Stirling number, which uses it in the compound "Stirling number transformation". FYI, the target page Mathematics has been notified.
  5. Human trait: nominated at RfD; Target: Psychology (notified); notified Jon Awbrey (talk · contribs) 06:38, 14 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Once again, feels too broad for this one redirect to target, and the specific phrase only gets a hit in a citation in the article. The redirect was created in 2006 with the edit summary being temp redir, and there have been no edits since. I dove in a little – Personality seems like a good target, but I'm not well-versed enough in the area to be too sure about it. Trait is a DAB page and seems a bit iffy for this claim (someone who's searching human trait now needs to understand enough biology to pick the correct article. If anyone has more specific targets, those will probably be better.
  6. Boxing (film): nominated at RfD; Target: Edison Manufacturing Company (notified); notified AlbertTom (talk · contribs) 08:53, 17 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Not mentioned at the target; other shorts named "Boxing" also exist, including one from earlier this year, so I imagine redirecting to the producing company of a 140-year-old film that doesn't mention said film would be a bit ASTONISHing to our readers. (Note: if kept, this should be linked to wikidata:Q16039787.)
  7. Gold Hat: nominated at RfD; Target: Stinking badges 01:38, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: This should be retargeted somewhere else – the main article on the film that the character Gold Hat appears in has more content on him than the current target, which covers a single line that broke into pop culture. There's also the question of whether the capitalization satisfies WP:SMALLDETAILS, or whether it should target Golden hat like its uncapitalized counterpart Gold hat.
  8. Theory of Physic: nominated at RfD; Target: Medicine; notified Mais oui! (talk · contribs) 02:27, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
  9. Vaccinationists: nominated at RfD; Target: Medicine (notified); notified Midgley (talk · contribs) 06:59, 23 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Antonym of Antivaccinationist, which redirects to Vaccine hesitancy. I'm not seeing much use of this outside of being counter to antivaccinationists (the most use I can find is at wikt:Citations:vaccinationist, and wiktionary designates it as pro-vaccination); whatever the usage of the term, Medicine is not the best target article. I'd suggest one of Vaccination (broad), Vaccination policy (probably the most specific but might be off-target), or Vaccine hesitancy (antonym of Antivaccinationist), or possibly deletion as having no good target – none of these articles use the word vaccinationist (though all three use anti-vaccinationist). I could go with any of these – I slightly lean towards deletion, but I don't have a strong opinion here. (This redirect also at one point targeted Allopathic medicine, though it hasn't for 15 years.)
  10. Re-earthing: nominated at RfD; Target: Human composting (notified) 07:43, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
  11. Reearthing: nominated at RfD; Target: Ecopsychology (notified); notified RoyBoy (talk · contribs) 07:43, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: These two should probably be synced, and while I'm able to hunt down usages for both unhyphenated and hyphenated for Ecopsychology (even if the latter isn't a particularly reliable source), the only use I'm seeing of it for human composting is as a literal translation of Reerdigung [de], which while being the German name, also appears to be a company. I don't think that's enough for this to redirect to Human composting over Ecopsychology, and I propose retargeting both to Ecopsychology as such.
  12. Medical products: nominated at RfD; Target: Medicine (notified); notified Open2universe (talk · contribs) 05:23, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: I don't think we have a good target for this. The broad topic article of Medicine never mentions medical products, and while my first thought was to target Medication, there are other products aside from medication within medicine (Medical device has the same problem). I would call R#D10 here, or maybe a set index (doesn't really work as a DAB); seems like there'd be potential for an article too, but a redirect feels too narrow.
  13. Medical product: nominated at RfD; Target: Medicine; notified Paul Gard (talk · contribs) 05:23, 25 August 2023 (UTC)
  14. Nigerian Customs: nominated at RfD; Target: Nigerian Premier League (basketball) (notified); notified Engr. Smitty (talk · contribs) 01:58, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
  15. Swiss customs: nominated at RfD; Target: Swiss Border Guard (notified) 02:11, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
  16. French customs: nominated at RfD; Target: Directorate-General of Customs and Indirect Taxes (notified) 02:11, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
  17. Customs in Iran: nominated at RfD; Target: Taxation in Iran (notified) 02:19, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
  18. Customs in France: nominated at RfD; Target: Directorate-General of Customs and Indirect Taxes 02:19, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Renominating after the WP:TRAINWRECK result at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2023 August 11#Customs redirects. The "Customs in" form was the most contested of the initial nomination, mainly due to the fact that the word customs comes at the start of the title, and therefore it's impossible to tell whether the user wants it to be uppercase or lowercase; these do use the country name and not demonyms, but that didn't seem to be enough to break the stalemate before. Disambiguation was also brought up as a possibility, though it would be a DAB with just two entries (Culture of France and Culture of Iran, along with the current targets).
  19. Electric grid security: nominated at RfD; Target: Electric grid security in the United States (notified); notified Reywas92 (talk · contribs) 04:23, 30 August 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: R#D10 situation, probably? I don't think this is a good {{R to subtopic}} (readers probably want info on electric grid security in general, not US electric grid security), and Electrical grid doesn't have much about security in it. An article was previously at this title, but it was entirely about the US and was moved to where this currently targets. (There's also Electrical grid security in the United States, which is a separate article, though I just started a merge discussion.)

September 2023

  1. Satellite Luna: nominated at RfD; Target: Moon (notified); notified Nicole Sharp (talk · contribs) 07:30, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Not seeing any relevant results for this term relating to the Moon on a very quick surface level search. It's also somewhat ambiguous with Luna 10, and possibly more in Luna programme.
  2. Moom: nominated at RfD; Target: Moon; notified MCGAMER YOUTUBE (talk · contribs) 07:34, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: WP:XY typo; could also be a typo of Mom.
  3. Luna (satellite): nominated at RfD; Target: Moon; notified Honeycake (talk · contribs) 16:48, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
  4. Terran Satellite Luna: nominated at RfD; Target: Moon 16:51, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
  5. Home away from home: nominated at RfD; Target: Home; notified Randy Kryn (talk · contribs) 19:09, 21 September 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Doubt this redirect pointing to Home helps anyone; if you're searching this term, you're going to want something more specific than just the article on homes. Searching within Wikipedia pulls up some potential targets, but most seem to use different capitalization (there's a few creative works titled Home Away from Home); a DAB page may be an option, though none of these works titled Home Away from Home have their own article. wikt:home away from home also exists, and might be a potential target, or it can be included on a DAB.

October 2023

  1. Samish (disambiguation): nominated at RM; New name: Samish 19:58, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: A few months ago, Samish people was moved from the title Samish, with the move rationale suggesting there be a DAB at the base name Samish. It looks like that was never followed through with, but there is a DAB page here, so I'm starting a requested move to see where the community stands.
  2. FR3D: nominated at RfD; Target: Fred (notified); notified Winnebaggo (talk · contribs) 18:06, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: WP:R#D8 situation. Nobody is going to search for Fred on Wikipedia while replacing the e with a 3 and fully capitalizing it. It has also looks like and has been used as an acronym, admittedly for things we don't have coverage of, but I think the slight confusion that could arise makes this better off deleted.
  3. Tony Incenzo: nominated at RfD; Target: Talksport; notified Theejit (talk · contribs) 23:48, 13 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Not mentioned in article or anywhere on Wikipedia, no longer works for Talksport, has worked in other places before and after. Don't think this redirect is beneficial.
  4. Right to be free from slavery: nominated at RfD; Target: Slavery (notified); notified GrapeSteinbeck (talk · contribs) 01:48, 14 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: I don't think we have a great target for this, but I would think there's something more specific than base Slavery; I currently see Slavery in international law as the best target. I also looked at Freedman and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but those don't really cover the topic and feel off-target respectively. (The precise wording is not used in any of these articles, though it is used in Human rights and Copenhagen criteria. I do wonder if this specific wording qualifies for WP:R#D10, given how precise the term is, but that feels like a stretch and it probably isn't independently notable.)
  5. Yoann beaudry: nominated at RfD; Target: Slavery; notified Vicpro (talk · contribs) 04:26, 14 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: What? Is this G10? Because I'm getting nothing. Too old to be R3'd (it's been around since 2007!)
  6. Kumpangs: nominated at RfD; Target: Prostitution (notified); notified Irbadboyz (talk · contribs) 00:52, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: WP:RLOTE, per the edit history. There's a two line unsourced stub in the history, which would never survive going to AFD, so I don't mind deleting it at RFD if deemed necessary. Search results also pull up mostly irrelevant results; I'm seeing a couple referring to Kompang, and at least one referring to Kampung. Probably best if this is deleted, as there's no good target.
  7. Big blue blob: nominated at RfD; Target: France; notified Knightoftheswords281 (talk · contribs) 02:23, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Big blue blob seems to refer to France in the game Europa Universalis IV, but outside of EU4, I don't see France ever being referred to by these terms. Retargeting to Europa Universalis IV would probably be better, but even then, there's no content relating to the redirects there (or in France, for that matter). Add in the fact that there are other possible uses for the terms ([1] is sourced in Pacific Cup (yacht race), referring to a body of water), and I don't think these redirects are worth keeping.
  8. The big blue blob: nominated at RfD; Target: France 02:24, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

November 2023

  1. Emergency Meeting: nominated at RfD; Target: Among Us (notified); notified ThisIsSparta2007 (talk · contribs) 09:22, 22 November 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: The term "Emergency Meeting" is not limited to Among Us, and this would be a confusing target for anyone who searches the term and knows nothing about the game. It's also not a particularly useful redirect – I highly doubt people are searching Emergency Meeting on Wikipedia looking for information on how the mechanic works in-game.
  2. Dead body reported: nominated at RfD; Target: Among Us; notified Aseleste (talk · contribs) 22:10, 23 November 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: I doubt anyone is searching for Among Us by searching "dead body reported". This redirect does get half a view a day, but I would suspect at least some of these are not searching for Among Us. The term could have some everyday use, though it is weirdly phrased and most google hits are for the game with this specific wording.

December 2023

  1. Greatest Hits So Far...: nominated at RfD; Target: Greatest Hits So Far... (Zac Brown Band album) (notified); notified Number 57 (talk · contribs) 16:15, 10 December 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: A requested move at Talk:Greatest Hits... So Far!!! (Pink album) was closed as no consensus; the main reason I opened it was to resolve some WP:MISPLACED concerns. This redirect is of particular note to me – if the concern is that the ellipsis isn't enough to differentiate between this album and others, then I don't see why it should continue targeting the album with this specific ellipsis. Retarget to Greatest Hits So Far.
  2. Socking: nominated at RfD; Target: Sock puppet account (notified); notified Dsuke1998AEOS (talk · contribs) 16:29, 14 December 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: First page of results are all the dictionary definition; I doubt the use that's common in Wikipedia parlance is the one that most readers will be searching for. Not really sure what the best target is, though; maybe Strike (attack), or just a soft redirect to wiktionary?

June 2024

  1. Cat poison: nominated at RfD; Target: Cat (notified); notified Scifiintel (talk · contribs) 21:40, 14 June 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: There's no content about cat poisons in the article, and very little about toxicity of foods to cats in either this article or Cat food. There's a couple sentence stub in the article history, but I doubt it would survive AFD in its current form, so I think this can just be deleted, because I don't see a good retargeting option that I can think of.
