Lead

The lead is very effective in introducing the subject and the relevance of the Alcmaeonidae family. I, personally, appreciated how much more concise that this edit of the article's lead was, as it irked me from the moment I saw the un-edited version. The shift of many of these passages into a relevant article body seems like a great decision, and seems more accessible to readings aiming to gain a shorter, introductory, grasp to the subject.

Clarity of Article Structure

The article's clarity is great, and I love the chronological structure of the article body - very intuitive for the reader and pleasing to follow. My only suggestion would be to spice up the title of this section's heading, perhaps using something along the lines of "Family Chronology & Exile"?

Coverage Balance

The added section's length seems fair to the subject's importance within the article, and doesn't strike me as running on any unnecessary tangents. It is also effective in illustrating conflicting narratives within Herodotus' The Histories and other, more widely accepted, narrations of events.

Content Neutrality

The language used within the article is very neutral, and does not seem to be persuading the reader toward any sort of conclusions.

Sources

The editor has fixed the lack of citations greatly by supporting the article body with additional references. All added references seem to be reputable sources, and not biased in any way, nor does the editor place too much weight on any one source in particular.

Overall Impressions

I think that the edit of the article looks amazing, and way more sleek than the previous edition. I especially appreciated the editor's inclusion of relevant images, as it really pulls together the article and adds a face to the body of text. Well done!
