Sayed Mohammad Mehdi, a young photographer, Indian Educationist, Public Policy Analyst born in Gursai Village in Mendhar Tehsil Near LoC in District Poonch of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. He is the Nephew of Renowned Poet of India Zulfiqar Naqvi

He completed his Senior Secondary School from Govt Higher Secondary School Mohri Gursai Mendhar and his Diploma course in Computer Science Engineering from Harvard University through online mode and graduated from Indra Gandhi National open University New Delhi and now persuing Masters in Public administration.

Soon after the completion of graduation he selected for administrative training course for the Subject of Public administration by Cabinet Secretary India.
