Daniel Doll-Steinberg (11 July 1967) is a serial entrepreneur and expert in field of disruption, innovation and smarter regulation, who was appointed by Ian Pearson Minister of State for Science for the British Government and by the European Commission to help form their innovation strategies before, during and after the 2008 financial crash. He was also involved in the drafting of the 'Let's Get Down to Business: Smart regulation, more growth, better Europe" report for Mark Prisk, Minister of State for Business and Enterprise in 2011. [2]

Daniel is founder of Tribeka Ltd, a Wall Street Journal Innovation Award of the Year and a Deloitte European Retail Solution of the Year [3], and the first of four cofounders of the 2017 Atari Token "Future of Work" project with Anthony Di iorio - a founder of Ethereum, Ron Dimant and Atari. Career

Since 2016 Daniel has been working in the fields of AI, Distributed Ledger Technologies and Tokenisation [6]

He was the first of four cofounders of the 2017 Atari Token project [7] which was working on the Future of Work. [8]

Daniel has launched a new community based ecosystem project, EdenBase, with Eric van der Kleij [9]

Policy

Daniel was involved in the European Intellectual Property debates and regulations and his patents were used as a case study by WIPO [10]

He was appointed by the European Commission to represent the UK on their Enterprise Policy Group, to advise on business, growth and innovation. He was also a member of The Department for Business Innovation & Skills (BIS) EU Strategy Group, and was invited in 2008 by the Minister for Science and Innovation to form the UK's International Innovation Strategy. Awards

Daniel was appointed by UCL an Honorary Senior Research Assistant, where he lectured a supply chain innovation course. His company Tribeka was both a Wall Street Journal Innovation Award of the Year and the Deloitte Retail Solution of the Year. [13]


Personal life

Daniel was born in Hampstead, London. He married Sarah Joanna Doll-Steinberg, an Executive function coach and the daughter of Stuart Lipton, on 15 March 1995. They have three children Nikki, Jamie and Ben.
