Linda Pinizzotto (born Toronto June 18) is the founder, president Chair of the Condo Owners Association (COA Ontario); a non profit association she registered in March 2010 to raise public awareness, advocate and represent Condo Owners in political government to promote a Provincial Condo Act 1998 review to better protect condo owners. Pinizzotto has over 3 decades of experience relating to the condominium sector. The Condo Owners Association has since become a household name known for public awareness to promote new legislation and change government attitude to modify the Condominium Act 1998

In June 2012, the Ministry of Consumer Services Dalton McGuinty government agreed to "Build a Better Condo Act through a review process. .^[1][2] She is a stakeholder on the Condo Act Review and several other condominium related research panels. Linda has appeared on major radio shows CTV, CBC, Metro Morning, CP24 with Cam Woolley and has developed her own Radio Show called the Linda Pinizzotto Real Estate Magic to educate condominium owners, buyers and all consumers about very complex world of condominiums and their operations. She has spoken as a Guest Speaker at Queen’s Park Legislative Building on the platform with local MPP and the Toronto Condo Show, National Home Show.
