To join as Franchisee Partner

There are specific criteria to hold Khadim’s[1] as a franchisee partner.[2]

1.    For Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO)

The selling space area should be around 500-1000 sq.ft (ground floor) which should be in a high street or a mall.

There should be an attached piece of land which will be used as a warehouse which should include space of 500-700 sq.ft

The minimum frontage of showroom should be 14 ft.

But there should be minimum market sale of 10 K to 12 K per day.

2.    For Brand outlet (BO)

The selling space area should be around 250 to 400 sq.ft (ground floor) which should be in a high street or mall.

An adjoining warehouse of about 250 to 400 sq.ft

The minimum frontage of the showroom should be 12 ft.

But there should be a minimum market sale of about 5 K per day.

Khadim’s franchisee is provided on certain terms and conditions only:

1.      All the matters related to the interior designing and decoration should be totally vested upon Khadim’s framework.

2.      The stock maintenance or the stock to be purchased or sold which will be decided by Khadim’s after conducting a market survey and after deciding the potential customers of that area.

3.      The maintenance of stock requirement will be enhanced during festive season.

4.      The dealer proposing to own a franchisee shall maintain a refundable security deposit of minimum Rs. 2 lakh.

5.      At the time of inaugurating a proposed showroom Khadim’s will make an awareness campaign and an outdoor advertisement and its finance will be conveyed to the proposed dealer.

6.      The cost of such above advertisement will be borne by Khadim’s and exclusive dealer together in 50:50 ratios which should be within an approximate budget of Rs. 1 lakh.

7.      Proposed dealer holding Khadim’s franchisee shall not be permitted to sell shoes of any other brand.

8.      All the payments will be made in advance at the time of executing the dealership application form.

Distribution network of Khadim

The present distribution network of Khadim’s is 357 distributors which is mainly found in the eastern India which serves the multi brand outlets along with the product lines of Hawai, Flip Flop, PVC, EVA, PU and School Shoes. Distribution is also spread into North, West and south, which also includes the further expansion into the east side.

Mainly Khadim’s distribution is widespread into the cities like Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai and also in Guwahati. They have now established a multi-tiered distribution which includes the distributors, wholesalers and retailers all together to fulfill the demand of their product to the proliferating population. Infrastructure and production setup owned by Khadim’s are properly equipped which facilitates to produce a wide range of international quality footwear. The type of footwear included here is formal, semi-formal formal, casual shoes, sandals, slippers, sport shoes. They offer enormous varieties of shoes for women, men and children.

Eligibility to join the distribution network of Khadim’s:

Minimum 750 sq.ft of warehouse is required.

Minimum monthly stock purchasing capacity of 3 lakhs.

They should have an access to around 20-30 retailers in small cities and 100-150 in big cities.
