Bio

Born in 1973, Junko Mizuno lived in Tokyo, Japan. Mizuno has been drawing since her childhood, and before she attended kindergarden, knew that she wanted to become a manga artist.[1] As a fourth-grader, she sent her work to the shōjo manga magazine Ribon.[1] She enjoyed reading [Horror fiction|horror]] manga, and those with "escapist stories far separated from reality."[1]
