Rama Prasad Mamidi is working with IBM as a Advisory Services Program Manager taking care of several Programs. Prior to this, he was a Regional Manager for ITSM solutions with CSC and Project Director with AdXplorer taking care of Online Marketing.

He was certified as ITIL Expert. He was also awarded PMP Certification by PMI.
