Severe Vandalism

Level of Warning Preview
First Offence Please refrain from making edits for which "unconstructive" is an understatement to Wikipedia, as you did to Article. Your edits are obvious vandalism and have been reverted. Continued vandalism like this will result in administrator action. [Extra Text]
Second Offence You were warned. Continued vandalism of Wikipedia like your edits to Article will result in your being blocked from Wikipedia. [Extra Text]
Third Offence THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING. You have continued to make severely vandalous edits to the database despite repeated warnings to cease doing so. One more edit like the one here will be met with administrator action, namely the loss of your editing privileges. [Extra Text]

Repeat Offenders

Edits are not Chronologically Disparate

Level of Warning Preview
First Level You have by now made several edits that are considered as vandalism. If you do not stop, you could very well end up blocked. [Extra Text]
Second Level Despite various warnings to stop vandalizing the database, you have persisted to do so. Cease and desist. If you fail to stop, you will be blocked. [Extra Text]
Third Level This is your last chance. One more vandalous edit - anywhere - will be met with a block. [Extra Text]

Edits are Chronologically Disparate

Level of Warning Preview
First Level In the past, you have made edits that are considered vandalism. Please do not resume that pattern. [Extra Text]
Second Level Your past track record of vandalism can and will be used against you if you persist in disrupting the database. Stop vandalizing Wikipedia, or you risk being blocked. [Extra Text]
Third Level Stop vandalizing the Wikipedia database. Your past history does you no favors, and thus one more act of vandalism will see you blocked. [Extra Text]
