Cutter Aviation is a General Aviation and Business Aviation services company based in Phoenix, Arizona and operates eight satellite locations throughout the Southwestern United States. Cutter Aviation is a full-service Fixed Base Operator or FBO and provides fuel and line services for transient and based aircraft, aircraft and powerplant maintenance services, avionics repair and installation, new and pre-owned aircraft sales, and on-demand air charter service through Cutter Flight Management, Inc.

Cutter Aviation is a private, family-owned and operated company.

History

Cutter Aviation was founded as Cutter Flying Service in 1928 by Mr. William P. Cutter in Albuquerque, NM. Cutter originally offered charter flight services to remote areas of the state and also began offering flight training from the West Mesa Airport. In 1938 Cutter Flying Service began offering aircraft fuel service from Albuquerque upon becoming a dealer for Phillips 66 Aviation Fuels.
