I definitely think mentioning the COVID-19 Pandemic and how it affected Instagram's management of deceased accounts was an important contribution. Maybe you can mention how the backlog is affecting the company, users, and employees or maybe a legal issue that arose because of the policies in place over who owned the account and the pictures associated with it. I do think that you could maybe find another source for the Instagram portion of the article. What you have published is enlightening because I'm not sure many people know that they have the option to memorialize accounts to prevent them from getting deleted. I think "the user must be a close or direct family member to the deceased person, and show proof of credibility as well." is really well written, maybe you can expand on what the credibility requirements are. Overall, I enjoyed reading your article and think you made an important contribution to a this page.
