Perseus (Percy) Fowler (born 25 April 1989) grew up in Chelmsford, Essex and attended King Edward VI Grammar School. Percy is one of Lord Fowler's (Peter Norman Fowler, Baron Fowler Kt PC) sons and in 2015 started Chef, one of the leading global Software Automation Company. In 2014, Chef was sold for £202 million pound.

Having lived in New York until 2015, Percy now resides in Sydney, Australia.
