Owen Adam Rodgers (born 29 January 1995) is an English footballer who plays for Sheffield Wednesday . He began his career with Sheffield Wednesday, where he made his first team debut in 2012. He was sent out on loan in 2012, first with Crewe Alexandra

Early life

Rodgers was born in Sheffield. He attended local secondary school Newfield Secondry School from 2006-2012. He grew up in a family of 4,His little brother plays for a junior football team in Sheffield in the hopes of one day becoming as good as Owen.

Career

Sheffield Wednesday

On 13 March 2012, Rodgers signed for Sheffield Wednesday, signing a four and a half year contract.^[2] He made his debut on 16 March in a 1-0 away friendly Win to Florentina.Cite error: A <ref> tag is missing the closing </ref> (see the help page).
