Whether an editor collaborates with a team of editors on a WikiProject or is improving articles independently, an editor can give a Wikipedia award (often a barnstar) to another deserving editor. Editors may reward vigorous Wikipedia contributors for their hard work and due diligence by awarding them a fitting barnstar, or other award.
