• The project's cleanup page, which lists all pages in the project's scope categorized by its cleanup tags.

• Remove the "In wrestling"/"Professional wrestling highlights" section, per this discussion at the village pump.
• Change all championship reign lists from Wikitables to {{Professional wrestling title history top}}, {{Professional wrestling title history middle}}, and {{BundleEnd}}, with the pages listed at User:MPJ-DK/Tag World Grand Prix taking top priority.

• If applicable, change information removed from the "In wrestling"/"Professional wrestling highlights" section into a well-referenced prose section called "Professional wrestling persona."
• Trim professional wrestling biographies of unneeded cruft, i.e. week-by-week synopses and information irrelavent to the wrestler (Royal Rumble losses, random TV tag team matches, etc.)

Professional wrestling articles should not be written in-universe to comply with Wikipedia's Manual of Style. All articles should be written in past tense, unless the even has not yet occured.

• WWE's Monday night show and brand should both be written Raw, with only an initial capital letter.
• WWE's Tuesday night program should be written SmackDown Live, and the brand SmackDown, both with a capital S and capital D. Pre-January 2008 SmackDown references should be written as SmackDown!, with an exclamation point.
• Impact Wrestling's Thursday night program is written Impact, with only an initial capital letter.

• Limit heading titles to five words or less (excluding dates). (i.e. "World championship reigns and injury (2013–2016)", "Feud with Kevin Owens (2018–present)")
• Try and limit headings by promotion unless the wrestler worked for many small regional promotions, in which case "Independent circuit" should be used. If the text for one promotion is getting long, it can be broken up with further subheadings.
• Headers should never be wiki-linked.
• Capitalize the first letter of the first word and any proper nouns in headings, but leave the rest in lower case.

• Italics are only to be used when referencing a show such as in these scenarios:
  • "On the January 21 episode of Raw"
  • "The following week on SmackDown Live"
• Do not use italics when referencing a brand, such as in these scenarios:
  • "He was traded to the SmackDown brand."
  • "He was named the General Manager of Raw."
• Taglines are to be written with italics and in quotation marks (pay-per-view infoboxes do this automatically).
• Album titles are to be written with italics and song titles with quotation marks.
• Pay-per-view events are to be written without italics.

• When referring to a wrestler's alignment as a face or heel, the first usage should be wiki-linked and explained in parenthesis in order to avoid jargon, e.g. Heel (bad guy). Alternatively, terms such as "fan favorite", "hero" or "villain" can be used.
• Avoid parroting branding and marketing terminology used by promotions. Avoid using "WWE Superstar", "WWE Diva", "TNA Knockout" or "sports entertainer", and use "wrestler" as an alternative, specifying gender if need be. Similarily, do not use "sports entertainment" as a substitute for professional wrestling. Additionally, avoid referring to WWE fans as "the WWE Universe" and the promotion as "the WWE".
• The phrase "the late" should be removed before the names of now deceased wrestlers.
• Do not use "attacker" instead of "wrestler" and "victim" instead of "opponent".

As determined by the project's top-importance rating:
