The "problem of moments" section is quite small in the current version of the article, but there is a decent draft in the sandbox, as well as a credible textbook source. The formatting of the mathematics, as well as the neutral tone, is well done. In the sandbox draft, I suggest also hyperlinking the words "problem of moments" that you have in your first sentence. Since there is another page on it, it would be more suitable to actually link it rather than italicizing it — even though the top of the section already links to "Moment problem," if you look at other sections of the article, the first time a term is mentioned (e.g. "mean," "skewness") there is a link.

For the page itself, consider editing the summary/lead. The final sentence about Chebyshev and the history feels out of place ("In the mid-nineteenth century, Pafnuty Chebyshev became the first person to think systematically in terms of the moments of random variables.") I would suggest either adding another sentence or two as a general summary of what Chebyshev's contributions were, or simply create a new section.
