Moataz is an author, business and self development strategist and the owner of a series of programs and events that take place in several Arab countries training thousands of people.
Early life, Education and career beginnings
Moataz was born in 1983 to a Palestinian family from Ram Allah, and was raised in UAE in the city of Abu Dhabi. He graduated from the American University in Sharjah with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Sciences and worked in the Bank and Investment sector for several years. He then moved to the private sector where he has worked as the Managing Director of Albarakah Holding which owns many companies in diverse sectors and has managed more than 8000 employee. However, concurrently, triggered by his passion for learning and his desire to help himself and those around him develop and reach their potential, Moataz became a licensed NLP Master Practitioner and earned his diploma in Counseling.
His Companies
On the other hand, Moataz is a business pioneer and a founding partner for several startup IT and Media companies and a father of three gorgeous children. Sports is his life style with Football having the major share. He loves electronic games and appears as a social media activist promotingmeaningful, motivational, and practical content.
His Vision
Moataz’s vision and stories of success in the personal, professional, and sports life together with his social initiatives across the Arab world and launching motivational programs on the social media channels, have promoted him as a guest speaker at many universities and governmental entities, besides Arab satellite channels and newspapers. Moataz’s curiosity and love for innovation and creativity has made him unique in his pursuit of his noble goal of leaving a mark on each young man and woman that he can possibly reach on his life journey.

His first book صغر عقلك published in January 2019 in Cairo international book fair and it was in the best sellers list in different countries.
