A pro-Indonesian militia is a militant organization that supported the nation state of Indonesia while on the same time might hold the belief of Indonesian nationalism, willing to fight for or to defend the Republic of Indonesia without directly or indirectly being part of the Indonesian National Armed Forces. The existence of such pro-Indonesian militias has existed since the Indonesian National Revolution.
