Mike Gillies is a Canadian music engineer, mix engineer, producer and digital editor best known for studio and touring work with music artist Metallica.[1]

Gillies has worked with prominent artists, producers and engineers and has worked almost exclusively with Metallica since 2003 having recorded and/or mixed over 650 live shows for international broadcasts, www.LiveMetallica.com downloads and Blackened Recordings ( Metallica Record Label ) CD/Vinyl releases.[2][3][4]
