Name's Benjamín De La Pava, Im 19 years old and currently studying Anthropology at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Yeah, that means I come from Colombia, especifically Bogotá. My hobbies come down to three simple things: Football (for crying out loud, do not dare to say the 'S' word), Online Gaming and drinking. I am, and always will be a juventino (Juventus F.C fan). As far as online gaming is concerned I'm more into theory crafting than actual gaming, though im a decent old school Orc player in Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. With drinking pretty much is fine with me, but my favorite has to be the tequila, closely followed by almost any kind of beer and aguardiente. Im a very pragmatical way, Don't believe that things should be one way or another, they are the way we built them and we have to deal with them with the tools we have, not the tools we wish we had. Not too fond of black and white moral systems. Overly fond of amorality systems actually. Do not like petty symbolic acts like giving a concert for the poor kids in X country and then just waste the money on the pool your 5th house 'needed', if you want to really help, well how about you give 55 of those 60 millions you have in the bank to educational programs in your country? I highly doubt that you'll spend that much in your lifetime.

How did I get the nick MePhiZToPheLeS is not really that much of a long story. It all began on a windy night of October. The crop was dying, there was a monster lurking around, children would not stop crying, Villagers were disappearing and.... well not really. I was reading Faust and just related to the character to a level where I didn't want to believe 'the Lord' had intervened in Faust's favor, anyway the sarcasm, cynism and sardonic ways of Mephistopheles just caught my eye and my heart. His system of thinking things up, messing with Faust's head, it is all very me so although I do not consider myself a religious person, nor do i believe in god or devil, I loved the characater moment I knew about him.

On a sidenote, there are these classical pieces called the Mephisto Waltzes by Lizst which my grandpa used to listen to, but I didnt find the name out until he passed away and left my mom all his LP's.
