Hello. I'm a 16 year old from Ashburn, Virginia. I have long used Wikipedia, for both reference and entertainment. Only recently, however, have I decided to become more active in the Wikipedia community.
A Comment About Wikipedia (And Wikis in General)
I am absolutely in love with the idea of a wiki. The confluence of so much knowledge and information is truly beautiful. I feel that as our world gets smaller and smaller and more and more interconnected, Wikipedia will become more and more powerful. As a lover of free and sundry information, and as a Realist, this excites me a great deal.

About Me
I was born in Germany and speak a little German (at one point, though, I was fluent). I am interested in a variety of topics, but my main interests lie in philosophy. I hope to major in philosophy in college, and then (maybe) go on to get a law degree. I am an A/B student (save for Latin and Precalculus) and i take the following courses: Chemistry, Music Appreciation, Psychology, Sociology, English 11 Honors, AP Latin IV, AP US History, and Precalculus. I am president of my school's Philosophy Club, and one of the two consuls of Latin Club. I play drums for The Bishops and write/film movies with my friends. I am very passionate about music (my top bands are They Might Be Giants, The Yardbirds, and Cream, but I enjoy many many others), literature (I enjoy American literature the most, and my favorite author is Philip K. Dick), and film (my favorite movie is Dr. Strangelove).
