I reported this to WP:AN/3RR (see Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/3RRArchive16#User:Michael_D._Wolok).

3RR at Rape

[1], [2], [3], [4]. This one I did not report at WP:AN/3RR. I saw Sam Blanning complaining at his talk page at length over three comments which were never replied to while Wolok continued adding material to the article, and I saw two different users reverting against Wolok (Blanning [5], [6] and Antaeus Feldspar [7], [8], so I blocked.

Finding a mediator, part I

Wolok posts a request for a mediator at the talk page of Flcelloguy [9] and Aeon1006 [10]. He indicates to Flcelloguy that he is also emailing every mediator.

Both Aeon1006 [11] and Flcelloguy [12] respond on Wolok's talk page, a response which is never acknowledged (we soon find out that Wolok does not know about his talk page).

Wolok also petitions Jimbo for help [13] where he apologizes for calling Jimbo on his cell phone while he was sitting down to dinner with his parents and makes five (by which I mean four) suggestions for how to improve Wikipedia. Wolok comes back to Jimbo's talk page the next day to talk about how he's a Mensan, self-educated, helped his friend become a millionaire but received nothing in return, cockroaches, and his lack of credentials. He invites Jimbo to join the EMPATHY community. [14]
