LIFE AND WORK Borensztein’s biggest influence on his work has been his life experience. Throughout his artistic career he has been driven by the need to give voice to the unheard and unseen. Leon was working for leading magazines including extensive work for The New York Times Magazine, Newsweek, Vogue, Fortune, and other. His work appeared in Life magazine, Harpers. He received MFA with honors from SF Art Institute, a Guggenheim Fellowship, has his work exhibited widely and is included in various public and private collections.
