Postion Quarterback Cammon Cooper (born September 21, 1999) is a collegiate football player at Washington State University of the Pacific - 12 conference. Cooper played high school football at Lehi High School in Lehi, Utah. There he let Lehi High School to a 12-2 record and 5A state championship.
Cooper is currently in battle for the team's starting quarterback role during the 2020 - 21 season.
High School Career
During his sophomore campaign at Lehi High School, threw for 2,563 yards and 22 touchdowns with a completion percentage of 58 %. As a junior increased totals to 4,059 yards and 38 touchdowns earning him 5A All-State second team by The Deseret News and achieved All-Salt Lake Tribune honors.
Senior Season
His final year starting for the Lehi Pioneers, he set the Utah state single-season records with 331 completion, 4,726 passing yards and 58 touchdown passes, all while only throwing for nine interceptions.
In addition to his record breaking passing statistics, he managed to also rush for 7 touchdowns. This led LHS to a only compiling 2 losses with a 12 win total and a 5A state championship.
Cooper ended the season being named Utah Gatorade Player of the Year and 5A Mr. Football by The Dessert News . Impressively finished his time at Lehi High School with 9 Utah high school records that comprised of:

Elite 11 Camp
Recognized as a 4 - star prospect by Scout.com and No. 14 pro-style quarterback in the country by 247sports.com, Cooper was selected to the Elite 11 football camp.
During the 7v7 competition, Cooper's team finished at the winners of the showcase competition with teammate and Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields.
College Football Career
Washington State
Cammon Cooper enrolled at Washington State University during 2018 and participated that year's spring practice. Cooper has yet to play in a collegiate football game.
