During WWI Momo had flown with the poet Gabrielle D’Annunzio drop leaflets over Rome.[1]
Rome-Tokyo Raid to showcase Italian aeronautical prowess, had noticed a fuel leak. Left cabin and waked out onto wing while in flight to repair leak. ref???

Credited with producing the original 3.8 litre Jaguar XK engine.[4][5] First used at Sebring in 1957 in XKD605.[6] Jaguar would later adopt the same changes to produce the factory 3.8 litre engine.[7]
