My name is Jean-Paul Laberge. Graduate from Université Laval, Québec, Canada, with a master in business administration (MBA), I am consultant in management for more than thirty years.

I realized approximately two hundred projects in the field of the consultation in management in private companies and public organizations.

My fields of expertise concern the improvement of the performance of companies and organizations, optimization of the organizational structure and processes, satisfaction of the customers and the employees, and establishment of best management practices.

Since 1994, I spent hundreds of hours to deepen the most best successful practices of corporate management.

With this new approach, I contributed to help companies to be more successful, to increase their turnovers and to generate substantial savings.
