 The Hunger Games trilogy The Authors own version.

The Main characters: It starts with the narration of our hero, Tara Samone. She lives in District 12. And is picked to participate in the 35th Hunger Games. She lives with her mother, her name is not mentioned, her father, whose name is also not said, and her twelve year old sister, Rose Samone, who she volunteers for. Her old friend from her old school, Dave Quatrain, is elected as the male tribute from her district. Maisilee Donner is mentioned, who also starred in Mockingjay, The Hunger@ Games, and catching fire : the hunger games.. Maisilee is just mentioned when Tara talks about a recap of the 50th Hunger Games.

The Tributes from all of the other Districts: 

For the fifty four tributes only eleven are announced. Rémis Donan from District 11 has a big role in the book, as he saves Tara's live, instead of Dave's. But he loved Tara so that's why, which later on in the book, Tara wishes she would of pushed him in the acidy water, which killed Dave and Quain. Rémis mentions after the loss of Dave that he should commit suicide for what he done. Quain's second name is never mentioned, but she also has a huge role in the Hunger Games. She hates Tara for getting a 12 in her training. She teams up with the other careers and tries to kill Tara, Quain gets to the final two with Tara, but Tara cheated. Gamemaker Seneca Crane, told her if she gets to the final two, he will put a Force field (disambiguation) between the final two, and he told Tara to shoot her Dart gun through the hole in the force field which will explode and kill the other tribute on the other side, she did as she was told, and it exploded, killing her other ally Rémis, leaving Tara as the winner. Tara also kills a fellow tribute who, when he sees Tara up in the trees, is about to tell Quain but Tara shoots him with her dart gun also killing two others in the process, and fails at killing Quain when she throws a spear at her.

The Aftermath: President Snow the president of Panem, didn't realise this after she won. So he let's the case slide, leaving everything to the next book The second one will be released in 2012, after the The Hunger Games (film) will be released. The author is unknown..
