During the 21st century, Fiji has been impacted by a total of 121 tropical systems, including several tropical cyclones that have devastated the island nation.

The strongest tropical cyclone to hit the state during the time period was Severe Tropical Cyclone Winston, which was a Category 5 on the Australian scale and the strongest tropical cyclone on record in the Southern Hemisphere. Additionally, Ami 2003, Daman 2007, Evan 2010, Tomas 2010, Winston 2015, Keni 2018, Tino 2020, Harold 2020, Yasi 2020, Ana 2021 and Mal 2023 made landfall on the island nation as severe tropical cyclones.
