Interconcregationalism

Is a political idealism composed of various views from communism, capitalism and federalism.

Theory

Intercongregationalism is a political state not currently practiced, taking some views from communism, some from capitalism, and a basis of federalism, to create a non-socialist ideal. The main principle is that one has to have a very small population, (i.e. no more than 10,000) and within this population there is alot of wealth. Having such a small population mans a very small number of people in the "lower class sector" and thus can be financially advanced by the "council" in charge of this population group. This communist view should, in theory keep everyone within this population group in good living conditions. also though, instead of the idea of a lower, middle and upper class, it is believed in intercongragetionalism, that there is simply one unified base class, i the state mentioned above, and there are only a distinct 2 or 3 classes above this, for people in administrative or important positions, and that there was nothing in place to stop one from taking up one of these positions, it was an individuals duty to work hard and obtain these said higher positions. Thus not "forcing" anyone into a lower class, just raising the minimum and encouraging a higher class.

Also, these higher classes would only be for a fixed term like a Presidancy, to ensure that these positions would become readily avaliable, and keep a cycle of people going through them, ideally, with the small population and shorter terms, giving everyone (providing that worked for it) a chance to take up these positions at least once in their lifetime.

Problems

One of the main issues surrounding this view is that, say England or America were to adopt this political view, the population would be way to high for it to work. in which case it is said that these previously mentioned Population groups (councils) should be replicated nationwide, as with states and counties but instead on to one universal level across the whole nation, with a periodically elected, "Head county", which would for a fixed term be the main governing body of all other counties.

It has also be suggested that people could take advantage of the system and have a higher term in one group, then move to another group for another term, nowadays this could be managed using personal records and it could be seen by the president of each county wether they had served a term in another county or not, intercongregationalists say that by moving to work for the position, where-ever they went, that would have to lead a very productive life to sustain this, and therefore bring greater wealth and good to the total economy of the nation, over all councils.

As this theory is very new, there are very few people who know that it exists. So there are (at present) very few other web-based resources on this subject.
