User:Hinoa/user nj4 belt

Shameless ripoff of User:Aeon1006's fourth ninja template. The only change made to it is that you can add a belt ranking to the box ({{User:Hinoa/user nj4 belt|belt=<color>|belt2=<color>}}), where belt is the outer belt color and belt2 is the inner belt color (if applicable). You don't need either call--if you omit belt2, the belt will be solid whatever-belt-color-you-picked, and if you omit belt, the little belt stripe will vanish and all you'll have is a clone of Aeon1006's userbox.
