Mrs. Otto Wittpenn, date, who the person is, etc. Portraits executed by Matzal were hung in the New Jersey State House, Hoboken City Hall, and Hoboken Public Library. He executed murals at the School for the Blind and the Bergen Branch (later renamed the Miller Branch) of the Jersey City Public Library.[1]
