Lara Demarin is a Croatian singer and songwriter.
Career
On 19 February 2020, Demarin released her debut single "Uz tebe" through Hit Records. Afterward, she became a member of The Funkensteins, a funk musical group that functioned as a side project for the Croatian singer Matija Cvek. On 19 June 2023, Demarin released her second single, "Ne dam ti da znaš", this time under the new label Menart. It debuted at number 34 on the HR Top 40 chart, marking her first single to chart in Croatia. In November 2023, she announced her departure from The Funkensteins, citing her dedication to building her solo career as the primary reason. The same week, she released her third single, "Dodir", co-written by her and her brother, Luka Demarin. On 15 December 2023, Demarin was included in the twenty-four participants shortlist of Dora 2024 with the song "Ne vjerujem ti".[1]
