Dragonfly Effect by Oliverius(2009)

E. Lorenz’ paper, Predictability: Does the Flap of a Butterfly’s Wings in Brazil Set off a Tornado in Texas(1963), explains how a single butterfly wingflap can influence a weather system halfway around the world. A new trend gives an audience to sound as conditions have been butterflied by Lorenz.

Exhibit

The mathematical ideology of Chaos involves attractors. The Lorenz Attractor is universally accepted as the “chaotic map” of the dynamic system governed by a Butterfly wing; yet, attractors continue to evolve; los sonidos, or sounds exist in Chaos.

Oscillation

There is an occurrence in dragonfly flight. Each wing flaps independently, appearing to abandon dependence from any system. There is actually an “interdependence” between each wing as they flap; they crest in unison in order to maintain balance in motion. These oscillations are dependent on atmospheric conditions such as wind pressure and direction.

Result

The result is a relationship that those oscillations share with a unique system. The positioning of the upper wings is directly connected to that of the lower wings; and rate of change of this positioning is not an oscillating factor. This system can be described as the origin of this exhibit, or what is termed by Chaos theory as initial conditions.

Conclusion

There exists a Dragonfly Effect or los sonidos de caos; a breakthrough revealing relativistic chaos.
