Reason: First of all, this is libel. Secondly, it has nothing to do with research. There are Wiki rules against publishing libelous statements on living persons. And your facts are wrong. The litigation is ongoing. The defendant has contacted the plaintiff twice in the last year to try to settle, and the plaintiff has refused.
