o Worked as Clinical Fellow in Service de Gynecologique et Obstetricale at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Rouen, France, under Prof. L. Marpeau (Professor and Head of Department) in the year 1997.

o During this period, actively assisted and performed a vast variety of major and minor Gynecological and Obstetrical procedures including labour room and operative procedures (caesarean section, pregnancy termination, abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, suspension procedures for prolapse of and urinary incontinence under cystoscopic guidance.

o Was also involved in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to colposcopy, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy and techniques related to assisted reproduction.

o Actively engaged in outpatient gynaecological and obstetrics consultation, foetal 3- D echography, and ultrasonography including Doppler and follicular studies

o Completed MD (Gynaecology and Obstetrics) in the year 1999 from K.G. Medical College Lucknow.

o During the Residency period, was involved in Outpatients consultation / Diagnostic Procedures and family planning services. The emergency management included Emergency caesareans and hysterectomies / laparotomies of complicated patients as well as labour room management.
