The article talks about various doctrine in water law. The article also describes various policies issues in the United States stemming from water law. This article gave me a good insight into water law because it opened up several channels for me to explore. It references many other more specific articles that I can get into. The article notes some equity gaps. The misrepresentation of indigenous individuals in water law.
