As reviewing administrator, I think your article HistoAtlas indicates at least some importance, so not a speedy deletion. But what it must have to stay here is 3rd party independent reliable published sources, print or online (but not blogs or press releases) to show its importance. If its a altogether new project this may be difficult, so I'd advise you to add this very quickly, before it gets nominated for regular deletion. And see our guide to writing Wikipedia articles.
