In August 2011, Legan joined the Warwick Wildcats of the Regional Basketball League (RBL). He averaged 40 points per game in his first two games[1] and went on to lead the Wildcats to the minor premiership after losing just one regular season game.[2][3] In the team's one loss, Legan had a 58-point outing against Dalby.[4] They went on to reach the RBL Grand Final,[5][6][7] where they defeated the Tenterfield Bullets 89–88.[8][9] Legan was named MVP for the season[10] after finishing as the league's leading scorer[11] with just under 40 points per game.[12]

Legan also played in the Gold Coast Intensity Super League (ISL) for the Dickfos Dunn Eagles and earned the league scoring title (with 390 total points), MVP award and all-star five selection.[12][13] On October 9, 2011, he scored 54 points to set an ISL single-game scoring record,[14] breaking the previous record of 47 also set by him two weeks earlier.[15] Despite earning a 7–3 record, the team missed out on a playoff berth. Over nine games for the team, he averaged 43.3 points per game.[16]

In August 2012, Legan returned to the Dickfos Dunn Eagles of the Intensity Super League. The Eagles once again finished with a 7–3 record, this time earning them a spot in the postseason. However, Legan was unable to play in their semi-final loss due to stress fractures in his foot.[17] Legan earned ISL all-star five honors for a second straight year.[18]

In August 2018, Legan signed with the Warwick Wildcats in the Heathley Big Q League.[19] He helped the Wildcats go 10–0 in the regular season and had two games of 45 points or more, with a season high of 46 points in the regular-season finale.[20] The Wildcats' undefeated season ended in the grand final, where they lost 96–85 to the USQ Dragons despite Legan's game-high 41 points.[21][22] For the season, Legan earned league MVP and All-Star Five honors for his 34.5 points per game.[22][23][24]
