Atchy

Atchy is a childish Portmanteau word that concatenates two words, in this case Itchy and Scratchy. Itchy + Scratchy = Atchy. Atchy is an adjective used to describe something that you can feel that is rough and bristly , for instance, a beard or a moustache. The word was originally used by a child to describe his fathers beard.

"Dad! Cut your beard, it's atchy!"
