Shameless Idealists is a video series, on TV, the web and in schools, produced by Kensington Communications[1] in association with Free the Children, that features interviews with the celebrities from We Day who are creating positive social change. Featured on Shameless Idealists[2] for 2012 are Richard Branson and his daughter, Holly,[3] Magic Johnson,[4] Nelly Furtado,[5][6] Rick Hansen,[7] Roméo Dallaire and former child soldier, Michel Chikwanine.[8] Craig Kielburger, co-founder of Free the Children, is the host of the series.

Initial Series

In October 2010, Kielburger’s Shameless Idealists [9][10] came to Canada’s CTV channel.[11][12] Craig Kielburger hosted candid discussions with the world's most intriguing optimists and idealists.[13][14] The half-hour programs included an audience of 1200 high school students and launched with seven idealists Al Gore, Betty Williams, Cherie Blair, Jacob Hoggard, Jesse Jackson, K'naan and Martin Sheen.[15]
