Brennan Murray is an American film and television actor born in Miami Shores, Florida. Brennan has appeared in television series such as Good Luck Charlie, Cougar Town and Jane the Virgin. Brennan also played Michael Darling on the web-series The New Adventures of Peter and Wendy and Wendell Bixby on the award-winning "Video Game High School".

Career

Brennan began his acting career in middle school and continued into high school, winning numerous district and state awards including: Best Actor in "Sister Mary Ignatius Explains it All for You", Best Supporting Actor in "The Yellow Boat", Best Supporting Actor in "Sylvia!", and the 2006 South Florida Cappie for Best Comedic Actor in a Musical playing Nathan Detroit in "Guys and Dolls".

Before dropping out of Florida State University during his senior year in 2010, he found continued success on the stage playing Rudy in "Bent" and Jason in "Rabbit Hole". He also appeared in the original works "Doomsday Parade" by Kyle Arrington and "Gregor and the Squonk" by Daniel Caffrey.

In the Spring/Winter of 2009, Brennan studied abroad in London, taking courses in playwriting, movement, voice, acting, and more specifically, Misner and Shakespeare. While there, he played "Beane" in in a production of "Love Song" by John Kolvenbach.

Brennan's first television appearance was on the series "Good Luck Charlie", and his first film role was in the feature film "She Wants Me" with Josh Gad. Since, he has gone on to guest star on hit shows such as "Cougar Town" and "Jane the Virgin". He is most recognized as the nerdy but lovable Wendell Brixby in the most viewed web series in the world, "Video Game High School", and as his award-winning role, Michael Darling, in an adaptation of J.M. Barrie's "The New Adventures of Peter and Wendy".

Personal Life

Brennan lives in downtown Los Angeles where he owns a massive trampoline and volunteers regularly with the Young Storytellers of LA. He is a good bowler, an amateur puppeteer, and an expert drinker. He has an older brother, Kevin, and his parents - Maureen and Kevin - reside in Florida.
