Pastor Belemina Tubodieari Obunge, the 7th child of Sir, Ambassador Daye Dagogo Obunge and Lady Emma Sokari Obunge both of Abonnema, Rivers State, Nigeria, is an alumni of the Univer-sity of Ife in Osun State, where he obtained his first degree in Civil Engineering. Belemina got his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Roehampton in London. 

In 1984, as a corper serving in Kukawa, Borno State, his leadership skill, love for Christ, disci-pline and the younger generation saw him serve as a young engineer in the Local Government Council, a teacher in the community secondary school and a preacher in the community church . He was unanimously appointed the pioneer Area Commander of the WAI Brigade in that Local Government Area. Upon his return to Rivers State, he kicked off his career working as a Site/Project Engineer for Sima Construction Company in Rivers State. His love for service cou-pled with his great leadership skills saw him serve as the pioneer State Commander, WAI Brigade in the Directorate for Social Mobilization (MAMSER) / National Orientation Agency (NOA) between 1986 and 1994. During this period he was able to coordinate the establishment of a 15,000-man voluntary youth organization focused on rendering service and enhancing dis-cipline in the society. As an Enterprising Individual with a penchant for human capacity development and in building future leaders, he founded Emarid College in 1992. Over the years, this brain child has grown to establish and develop 6 campuses of the institution. Today, Emarid College has trained, men-tored and groomed over 7200 students, with a staff strength of over 300. As part of the colleg-es’ Community Social Responsibility, he has empowered over 10,000 youth through free Skills Acquisition Program. Belemina joined the Redeemed Christian Church of God in 1983 and was one of her pioneer members in Rivers State. He is an Epitome of a God-Fearing man and his love for the work of God has seen him take up several Leadership positions in which he has set great strides and recorded success in leaps and bounds. From 2000 - 2010, he served as a Provincial Pastor in RCCG and was later appointed the Re-gional Pastor for Region 5 (Rivers / Bayelsa States). His love and commitment towards the younger generation earned him the appointment as the National Youth Pastor of the RCCG. An appointment he held for six years, initiating several impactful programs amongst its’ over 1.5m youth. He currently serves in RCCG as the Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Special Duties and Pastor-in-charge of Region 5 (Rivers State). He is also the Operations Director, Cen-tral Missions Board RCCG, Assistant National Chief of Protocol RCCG and is a member of sever-al National boards within the church. Pastor Belemina Obunge, was appointed a Justice of the Peace in Rivers State and has served as the Secretary of the Association of Proprietor’s of Private Schools, Rivers State as well as the Secretary General of The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Rivers State. He is presently a member of her Advisory Board. He has also served in several committees in the State. Belemina leadership prowess led to his being awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Chris-tian Leadership from the International Victory Bible Institute, Tulsa, USA. He is also a fellow of several institutes. These include Fellow, Institute of Leadership , Management & Productivity Development Fellow, Institute of Leadership and Management, UK Fellow, Institute of Human Resources and Strategic Management Fellow, Institute of Policy Management Development Fellow, Institute of Management Specialists Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants Pastor Obunge, an International Protocol & Etiquette Consultant is an Alumini of the European School of Protocol, Protocol International, Netherlands and the British School of Etiquette. Bel-emina is also a member of the Protocol and Diplomacy International, Association of Certified Protocol Practitioners of Nigeria and American Society For Industrial Security. His quest for knowledge has led to his acquiring the John Maxwell Leadership Certificate, Pro-ject Managment Professional Certificate, Strategic Public Relations, Protocol and Travel Man-agement Certificate amongst several others. He has also obtained Business and Leadership cer-tificates from the Harvard Business School. Apart from being the CEO of Emarid College and its affiliates, Bele, as he is fondly called, is al-so the CEO of Elites Protocol and Etiquette School, Emarid Educational Consults, Emarid Voca-tional Training School and Emarid Ventures. He is also the founder of Belem Legacy Foundation, an organization that has sponsored numerous young people to schools and trained thousands of teens, youth and young adults in leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
