A sandbox page is a space to experiment with the process of editing Wikipedia. You can use it to test out formatting, templates, or other editing techniques before you apply them to the actual article. You can either edit the source code or use VisualEditor to make your changes. Once you are done making changes, click the “Publish changes” button to save your work.

Sandbox pages are designed for testing and experimenting with wiki syntax and the VisualEditor. They are pages that are not indexed by search engines and are not visible to other users unless you choose to share them.
