Evaluate the drafted changes

  • The information you have is neutral, concise, and well-written. It also seems like you've done a really good job paraphrasing the material.
  • There are no grammatical or spelling errors that stick out to me
  • I know you guys included on the article excel sheet that it was difficult to find information on the Viperfish because research is limited (this is an issue that came up for us too), but it seems like there is a little bit of information missing about the general body plan.
    • It took me forever to find sources that worked for my topic because I was also looking at pretty specific body features, but what helped a little was just searching for information about each specific body part one at a time.
    • for example, you talked a little bit about the teeth of the Viperfish and maybe you could look up more about the jaw specifically and add that to the same paragraph (you also may have tried this by now but if not I just thought I would include it!)
  • In terms of structure, I think it might flow better if you start with more general information and then go into the more specific body parts like the eyes and dorsal ray
  • You guys did really well on the bibliography and references section (article meets notability requirements), they're very extensive and will help readers know that the sources are credible
  • A few of your sources aren't super recent, but I'm assuming this is because there is limited research on the fish in general, and some of the original research is necessary to include so I think this is fine!
  • All of the links to your references are working
